Inaccurate. Quebec has control over the economic class of immigrants, which accounts for 60% of all immigrants accepted each year. It also gets way more federal $ than other provinces to settle immigrants here, for language training. Other provinces would KILL to have our deal. Toula Drimonis

I don’t dispute the fact that we have federal programs of language training for immigrants. But are you saying the Vérificateur général quoted above reached the wrong conclusions? If so, please give us links or documents proving that francization of newcomers is a success in Qc. Luc Saucier
